Just relocate the Ram intake from the front of the hood to the inside fender area where a CAI filter would normally go. That way your still getting cool air but its less turbulent. and you dont have to change anything else inside the box. Maybe remove the pre-filter (carbon filter) and just put it back when it comes time for smogging. And replace the stock filter with a high flow filter.
I believe the Turbo kits CAI re located the ECU to a cooler spot though.
