Yep, shipped fast too...$25 shipping for a 45 lb package isn't horrible either considering how fast I got mine....and that was for about 80 sq ft. Plus ensolite, I should of ordered like 4 of those ensolite sheets though, the 1 was smaller than I thought (suck at math) lol

I'll be shipping to Canada so it costs a bit more for shipping. I was trying to estimate the amount I'd need and found this link:
HTML Code:
http://www.edesignaudio.com/elementaldesigns_edeadwhere.php
Here's what I was thinking:
Inner Firewall: 10 sq ft
Floor: (based on 104 inch wheelbase * 60 inchs) 43 sq ft. This should be excessive and go into the trunk a ways.
Doors: As important as the floors.. Sedan has fairly small doors and I'm going to estimate 10 sqft each. so 40 sq ft.

93 sq ft estimated.

If anyone with experience think I'm far off let me know.. I was going to order 3 packs of Raamat and 5 packs of Ensolite. I'd hate to be short on Raamat when I have all the seats ripped out of my car.

Sounds possible, we need D113 input as he's done everhpart of the car. One thing to consider is that some area have two thin shells of sheet metal and there are some high spots and stuff which will use up more material...

When you talk about speaker wire are you referring to an amp kit with power wire etc too? I went with Scosche because it's a high quality product but I'd also consider Phoenix gold

I'll run two shielded RCAs from the head unit to the 5 channel amp in the trunk so I need a lot of speaker wire to run from there to the dash/speakers. I have the amp wiring kit already.. I went with a Streetwires kit? I needed a 150 amp fuse and the kit seemed like the best option.

I've been looking at a few different wires, Monster Cable makes some, there is some noname (might be Street Wires actually) twisted pair cables but there was talk of it being hard to work with, not to mention very thick. I like the idea of twisted pair from what I've been reading.

It all depends on how thorough (and busy) you want to be...and how much you want to spend. I made sure to double layer Raamat and Ensolite on the floor pans, especially up front. I also double layered both materials under the rear seat. I did a double layer of Raamat on the inside of the outer skin of the two doors. I then used two layers of FatMat asphalt deadener and a layer of Ensolite on the wheel wells. That said, I used 75 sq ft of Raamat and 5 yards of Ensolite (and about 20 sq ft of cheap asphalt deadener).

I have not done the trunk, rear passenger side panels, or roof yet. I plan to be very thorough in the trunk and on the roof with Raamat for subwoofer rattle. The roof will get 2 layers of Ensolite. I have yet to seal off the access holes of the doors and Raamat the inner skin of the doors. The inner door skins will get 1-2 layers of Ensolite. I would estimate that another 75-110 sq ft of Raamat and 4 yards of Ensolite will do it for me.

My total would be 150-185 sq ft of Raamat and 8-9 yards of Ensolite. That brings a grand total of about $500 to make my car almost "luxury" silent.

Looks like I'll be spending more on matting than I did on the entire system!

As sore as I feel today I hope my trunk won't rattle, I know it closes solidly with no sound but a thump. Well see, all I have left is the doors as road noise isn't a huge problem for me, just rattles and tinny vibrations.

When you get to the front floor pans, especially under the pedals, it will definitely be easier if you have somebody (or at least some short rods) there to hold the firewall foam pad up away from the floor. This is the most inconvenient part of the floor to do. Also, when doing this part, you can expect sore ribs from the cross support under the front seats.
