Hmm... looking at your photoshopped image idk. I was originally thinking matte but it kind of looks off without matte rims. Matte black the rims, hood, and roof and you'll be way cool!
Or just add the gloss and keep it simple.

For my Koup I would choose gloss due to my color. But for your Forte, seeing how it's grey, matte would look a lot better, more professional and if you get gunmetal rims you'll be solid. Of course you could always go carbon fiber but that isn't the most cost effective method.
