Default DIY: Bake your headlights to paint/retro them.

I have a video laying around that I made on how to bake the koup lights. If there's enough interest I'll upload it.

And if you need to buy re-sealing glue, here's what you need:

or go to your local autostore and ask for 3M window weld, the ribbon, not the tube. It should look like this.

Interesting to see the different ways to do this, I only go 200 deg for 8-10 min.

I also skip the first thing you did with the swiss army knife, I just go right to prying it apart a little bit and then as quickly as possible I pull it apart while the glue is still warm.

It all works and I wish I had seen this video before I attempted opening mine cuz I was so afraid I would screw something up but this shows you how easy it really is.

Good job Noodile!

Now for the DIY on how to properly reseal them so they don't fog up.
