Not as bright.. Gives it more of a glow than anything. I like th way it looks with all three on includin the dome light. I bought the SMD ones for ny license plate and those are really bright. I will post a picture a tad later of both the interior and license plate. I might order the smd led lights for the interior to see if I like those better. I think I saw them on eby for $20.

That's what I was afraid of. I wasn't sure how bright they would be. I'm probably going to get the ones off of SUPER BRIGHT LEDS - LED Lights & Accessories I've bought from them before and was happy. Pictures would be appreciated though.

here you go.. really hard to take these.. my camera kept trying to adjust the photo and make everything BLACK...

like i said, i think i am going to try the SMD LED's on ebay and see which i like better.. these are really bright, but in person the glow is very soothing and nice looking.

Wow! Now those look bright! But $26 does seems a bit steep for three...

Yeah, they're 31mm. I guess I should've made sure their was room enough inside the light housing to fit them, width-wise. But I guess I'll see when they arrive! I'll post up pics when I get them and let you know.

Apparantly you can but I still haven't figured out what the difference is between the 1157 and what the Forte has liste as a 2357A.

You might want to look into the switchback style of LED signal lights. They are not only LEDs but 2 color leds but the are white when the running lights are on but amber when the turn signals are used.

Tail Lights LED Flashing

Mine just arrived but I haven't had a chance to install them yet.

Don't forget you will need to change the flasher unit or add load resisitors to keep your signals flashing at the right rate.

Cheers.

Great thanks, switchback would look great.
What would I need to get for a new flasher?

I don't know yet, it's hidden up under the dash and according to the manual, you need to remove the dashpad to get to it, then you can see what kind it is and order a replacement.

I just ended up ordering the load resisitors that I can install on the rear signals wich are easy to get to. I ordered the 3 ohm ones which will add enough load to compensate when I replace both front and rear signals.
