You need to take your center console out. Once that is done, what I did was drill a small whole where the wiring would go through in the cup holders and place them in and run the wiring through. Then I connected the wires to the wires that powered the little LED lights in between the cigarette lights. This way whenever my parking lights are on those lights came on. Then put the center console back in and your done.
