Use an add-a-circuit fuse tap next time.

I used one of those add-a-circuit for my interior LED lighting and for my day time running lights. They work really well. Are they on all the time when the car is on? Mine are hooked up that way too but I want to add a relay in so they light up when the doors are open. Yours look really good.

If you only want them to turn on when the doors open just wire them up to the dome light or map light. No need for a relay.

Maybe something like the DRL Foglight mod? Run it into the dome light relay? If there is one.

I couldn't find any 'add-a-circuit fuse taps' in Australia... so I ended up just splicing onto the cigarette lighter wires inside the centre console... worked fine that way too and made it easy to hide all the wires

hey angelsyb, i just posted a similar question about turning on the led strips when the headlights are turned on -- how did you wire that? did you just hook up the strip to the headlight fuse?

Buy a streetglow music interface from amazon. Run that to a power supply and run all your LEDs to it. It picks up on sounds so it will make your LEDs beat to the music. I dont have a video showing it beat to the music but here is a pic.
