A hybrid is a mix between the T4 and the T3 mounting style and size turbo. Most T3/T4's are called hynrids. OTherwise it would just be a T3. Or just a T4. As they do make those as well.

Not for the intercooler as the intercooler generally goes on the front of the radiator not the back. Most of the time these kits are sold to honda/mitsubishi/nissan guys who have their exhaust ports facing the radiator, and need a slimmer fan to be able to mount the turbo.
Its just as cheap to buy the pieces indavidually, as those turbo can be had for about $250 and the intercooler for around $60, then the pipe kit between $100 and $200 depending on the size (ie. 2", 2.5", 3"). Those fans are cheap to, about $30.
