Me and My buddy were bored and we went on a cruise up tussy mountain (dirt roads), then we decided to take a pics, which is why the cars are filthy.

I did that one forth of july! Great idea, and the pics are very cool. I could see one or two for a desktop background, or poster?

Its not an app , unless hes lame!!!

Its a slow shutter speed with them using flashlights , and what appears to be a laser.

I did the same thing with my Elky back in highschool with gold led's.
