You are officially the most awesome member on the forum for having a B14 200SX that is super clean. Starting with a SR20DE and getting up to the SR24VE is the accomplishment, do you have internals work on the engine as well? I never got to working on my wife's 2001 Sentra SE2.0 with the SR20, I always wanted to do the VE conversion and up the compression on it. There are 11.0:1 pistons and with the VVL head you can get it over 200HP NA. I do miss that car, wish I never sold it.

should be ready for dyno tuning in the next 6 weeks or so.
shooting for 250whp/185wtq (sae corrected) with the 184c cams

That is some serious motor work, are you sure you will not pass 250HP? At 12:1 CR and the right cam you can start to push 270HP and almost 200 lbs/ft. That thing is a sleeper, I wonder how many guys think they will have you until you scream past them? Even a turbo Forte would fall to that car.
