scratch vs SCRATCH!!! (and what an interesting hood)

apparently this car was parked in a parking lot in some gov't lot in the middle of the day - with cameras all around- and still someone managed to do this.


next question is-
what kind of hood(bonnet) is that??

idk, it might just be me, but it looks like its not a scratch. like a dog hair in the lens lol but still thats bad if it is a scratch

nah- its a def key or something similar type of scraper-
someone leaned over the hood as far as they could reach and -right handed pulled back-

just from that alone- damn glad i dont live in singapore- they got some hostile folks running amok (i've IM'd the car owner- hopefully we will hear more about this)
