My 4000 pound ssei walked on shos. Even when my car was stock. If the motor is running good with good compression that sho will smoke you. I just drove a '11 sx 2.4. And was not impressed. ( by performance )
An intake is not gonna do a damn thing for your car besides make a sound.
Those S/C'd 3800s are sleepers. A few hundred bucks here and there (exhaust, pulley, intake) and they really go. The Torque they deliver on the low end is insane especially with the low gearing some of them had tall overdrive gave them awesome MPG too.
