Got off work to late its to dark to take pictures tonight I will get you some tomorrow. I will take close up and of the bend it has in it to match the body.

Don't sweat it. No rush. I've been thinking about it since I saw your original post some time ago, and I'm likely going to think about it a while longer. Anytime you get around to it will be fine by me and much appreciated. I may be retired, but I certainly understand other people have a life.

Did some painting to day to throw some accents on my car I also blacked out the tail lights.

The tail lights turned out really good I used the Night shades spray and went easy with it doing nice layers.

Then I also painted my Twitters, Hand Rest, and Floor panel Metallic red. I think it turned out good. I wanted to do the other part but have not figured out how to take it off without breaking it yet.

Then last painted the engine cover.

And here is the bend in my pins strip

Thanks for the pinstripe detail. They did it differently than I expected. I had imagined that the upper bend would be cut with an angle change, not simply a bend.

I like the red in the interior too. You have to figure out how to get the other part off because it would look so good red also.

A suggestion: lose the dealer sticker on the trunk - it's gotta go! Maybe a hair dryer, followed by some alcohol/GooGone to clean up.

Yeah, the one part I took off and painted was easy the other seems to be ran into the backside of the handle. When trying to pop it off the whole door panel was moving. Im going to look into it.

Yeah my buddies have been hounding me about it I completely forgot to take it off today when working on it.

That is a nice looking car. I got the silver myself. One question...

Are the rims the stock SX rims, just without the inserts? or did you do anything to them?
I was wanting to take the inserts out, but I wasn't sure how it would look.

lol there is no such thing as stealing here just sharing! Im guessing Metallic Blue!

There door handles were easy and popped right off there are no bolts holding it on. The top part with the handle though we have not figured out how to get off. We do not know if it is attached to the fabric. The back side to the handle looks like it is holding it and place so we have to figure out how to remove it.

I want something done in the center of the console in order to blend the 2 sides together. I was trying to do the dash but could not get the vents out so I am going to try again this weekend.

Yeah they are the stock rims without the inserts they look really good on the silver. To remove them you gotta take the whole wheel off then unscrew the inserts from the back.

When they are off though there will be small holes left from where the inserts screw in but you cant really tell.

So nice. I was just reading the thread on how the inserts do come off and was thinking of removing them completely, and then saw your thread and was just in awe. Love the paint details too, such a nice ride

Thanks guys, yeah the solid black rims look really good. There not hard to remove at all. I did them by myself in about a hour. All you need is a philps head screw driver to remove them once the rim is of.

So tomorrow I am painting my brake calipers, Installing the LED lights under my Head lights, and going to paint some more of my interior red. Then look into mounting my Ipad.

Will update with pictures when I am done.
