Default Got Hit...AGAIN!

I asked the body shop to remove the car magnet from that spot.

Not sure if you guys know what happen last time but, I got hit in the exact same spot...The first time I was parked and not my fault.
Pics of the 1st time.

This time I was turning, and a lady was letting me go, the guy behind her decided to be impatient and go around and he hit me =(

Heres some pics =(

2nd time

Total repair cost, $6,092.35....3,000 in damages and 3,000 for labor.

You must have a ton of mechanical damage for that too be a 6k claim... I dont even see more than a couple of hours structural pull time there..

Moral of the story: you need to exit a driveway ONLY when the road is clear of traffic and you are 100% sure that nobody can hit you. Depending on one person to let you pass is obviously not sufficient, because you can't depend on the other drivers to do the same. You may have had the 'legal' right away but you neglected to calculate the 'safety' right of way.
This will add to your driving experiences of what NOT to do. Glad you are ok - cars can be fixed people not so easy.

The light was red when pulling out, when I got to the middle the light turned green, I have no clue where he was going.
