All 4 projectors are the same? Seems almost redundant, like one set should be yellow for low vis conditions, or something similar.

Not a useless redundancy since it does provide more lighting compared to just two. Also if one or two die then the other two will provide adequate lighting until fixed. He does have fogs for low vis conditions.

But the fogs can't be run by themselves therefore they are redundant as are everyone elses that hasn't modified the wiring with a secondary switch and relay...I saw a thread on KIA forte forums that would allow that function which I will probably do.
The brightness of the HIDS overpowers the low lumen and color of the fogs making them useless in snow and fog which is what they are intended for.

People be sippin' on their haterade about their quads. You get Quads for LOOKS not function. They are a pure over kill in the city, but they're completely worth it on the highway and back roads (for Deer)

There is a thread on here for fog DRL relay. And a lot of people like myself run fogs by themselves without low beam being on.

I Sony really use my fogs anymore. They're washed out by quads. Waiting to have 3000k hids. Pics of figs output coming tomorrow
