Usually on other forums there is a whole section called journals where you get One Thread per car. Not more. and you keep updating it every time you do something new to the car. Think of it as a build thread, but instead of performance stuff, its everything, maybe even just pictures.
So here goes:
Here's how it started, Bone Stock:
Then came HID's (lows, highs, fogs), LED strip - Now removed (sorry, i didn't know better at the time) and Grille (only emblemless grille for the Koup at the time):
some fun in the snow:
Then Painted the Grille Black, and the "trim / Lip" on the headlights black to match:
Then Painted Brake Calipers, and tinted tails:
Then Came getting stuck in the mud:
Then, removed the wheel inserts (the stock wheels were black and silver, the silver parts were removable":
Then Finally came Quad projectors (retrofitted Mini H1), and retrofitted Fog projectors:
Quick cruise with few members from PSU-LPAC (penn state car club)
So, painted the inserts for winter mode. I'm not the biggest fan of plain black rims in winter because everyone has steelies and stuff, so, made the stock rims look a little more unique, JUST for winter.
Very nice! I like the idea of this thread. I may do this as I work on my Koup. This is kind of like looking at pictures of kids as they grow up... from baby (stock) to teenager (modded)... only way more interesting!
