Default Closing the trunk

I have been wondering if anyone has any ideas on putting some sort of handle on the inside on the trunk in order to close it without touching the outside of the car.

One of my peeves is seeing handprints on cars.
So as of now I grab the trunk latch in order to close it.
However, it is not the easiest thing to do

Ideas?
Opinions?

The MB logo plate doesn't!

Apply a clear film them or install a bar inside.

Wash the car more then...or go thru a hassle to install something...2 years having the car and I've never encountered this problem/question..
This makes me glad I didn't get a black car..gets so dirty so quickly.

Why not push on the license plate to close the trunk.

^^ That was going to be my suggestion. Or bolt a block of wood or square aluminum tubing thru the license plate holes as a handle.

like they said, use the plate to close the trunk (thats what my dad did on his audi)

or since you already have a Benz plate, go get their plate cover with handle. (seen below)

But in all seriousness, I just put my wrist on top and pull down, or 4 fingers on the license plate. Our trunks close pretty easily. Wash your hands more?

Or what you could do was get something like a wrist-strap from a Wii controller, drill a single screw in the inside and wrap the strap around the screw, quick and easy, would take a single finger to close the trunk.

How often are you in your trunk? AHahah. I think I just opened mine for the fist time in months to put boxes in.

HAHAHHAHAHAH....using the 5-door like it should be used...you the man...

My solution to your problem is just keep doing what your doing...you'll hit some level of symmetry eventually and it'll even out
