Quality of HVAC

Greetings, all. I am not a Kia owner yet, but am seriously considering a '16 or '17 Forte. One of my deal-breaker requirements is strong heating and air conditioning. I'm in Chicago, where it can get fairly cold in the winter and quite hot in the summer. I like my vehicle to have strong enough climate control to make it uncomfortable -- in the opposite direct! All opinions and recommendations would be welcomed!

I find mine to be excellent, the auto climate control works really well and I rarely touch it. The automatic defrosting works surprisingly well too. I would not be concerned about it at all.

I've only had my Forte for a month, but since I bought it I have seen freezing temperatures as well as perfect beach weather, sunny and low to mid 70s.

The heater works pretty good, granted it was only 32°F out and not below zero, but it was good enough that after a few miles I had to turn it down a bit because I was too warm with my coat on.

A/C I have only used twice, but it seemed to work pretty well on both occasions.
