Since we all know this is a popularity contest until proven otherwise....

Why not make the poll show who voted for each car...I would be interested in seeing this information.

I'd also be interested in seeing who voted for who but many people like anonymity and if it were public we could lose many voters.

My other suggestion to Mods is that when doing the FOTM contests, have all car photos lined up in one post so we don't have to page click though all the submissions within the thread.

Nah. The nature of voting and polling is that it is anonymous. Hell, why make it a vote then? Just have members cast their vote by making a post. I've been running online forums and stuff for more than a decade and believe me, this isn't a good idea.

If you don't want people to know you are voting for someones car... maybe that isn't the car you should be voting for... lol

You shouldn't be shameful of who you voted for, and if you're not shameful, then why be bothered if others know who you voted for?

My point is we already have this and worse! So why not just remove the cloud of secrecy.

There maybe people who are friends with a member that submitted their car but that person likes another's car more in the running. If public they would have to vote for the friend, anon they could vote for what they believe is the nicest.

If you can't tell your friend you like someone elses car better... That doesn't seem like the good friend thing to do. You should tell your friend why you like the other car better, and help them make theirs better.
