Okay so as some people know I was going to get the Worriel push button start system installed and i did. The place I took it too had only one problem but it was a very simplistic fix. It took them about 3 hours to install everything I had done including some lighting as well. The Push button start is very easy to use and works very well. I will take a video of the system and show you how it works. I'll also put up some pics I dont have to much time tonight and its dark outside so I will do that tomrrow after work. And put up a more descriptive assement of the product. And if you have any questions I can answer them.
One thing I would like to know is how to change the sound that the alarm makes. Worriel please let me know how to do that. Thanks
Okay i took a quick video today and some pictures so you guys and girls could see this in action. My local installer had no major problems with the install. You do have to cut a key and leave it in the ignition on the acc mode so that the steering wheel will unlock itself so you can steer the car.
You can put the button anywhere you want. I choose there because I like the location. There's still a couple things I'm working out the final kinks. And I had a spare key cut. The spare key cost me 2 bucks because there is no chip In the key.
but why leave the wires exposed like that? Makes it look unfinished.
I believe worriel said a cut key was not necessary for this kit. That's why i questioned it.
I'm gonna dremmel out a hole around the Parkin brake cover so that there are no wires. But haven't had a chance yet
And right I'n the instructions it does say you need to cut a key

Wow~ nice place to put the button~
I called the installer regarding the wheel lock and problem solved~
Thank you very much for the thread~!

Actually it is up to you, if you don't want to leave the key you have to actually take out the ignition key hole and make it unlockable. But all depends on the ability of the installer, I have a customer who did it in a Hyundai Tiburon and placed the push button in the actual ignition key hole.
Very neat~
What worriel just said is correct my Installer told me that if I wanted to use no key at all I would've had to disassemble the steering whel lock which I didnt have time for
