Default St800 testimonials

Okay, so I know there is already a thread for this but it's very old, I'm thinking it would be really cool to install this into my car (2011 m/t blue Koup sx). Has anyone personally purchased/installed it? Heck has anyone seen it in person in action? Basically just wanting to know if it is worth the $$$.. All opinions appreciated!

Yea, but that's from August and it's just that one guy.. I was kind of hoping more people would have done it now and could get a few more voices heard..

I purchased it and had it in hand, made an appointment to get it installed and 3 different places didn't want anything to do with it since its so detailed and having a stick shift made it a lot more in depth and it jeopardized the places liability so they didn't touch it..sucks..I rly wanted it too so I just ended up returning it :/

It looks kind of cool, but I wouldn't want to keep a key in my ignition at all times.

Yea, I'm kind of sketched about that also, I would of course cap the ignition off so you couldn't tell but basically if u were in the car you could start it lol

I went to my personal mechanic my family has dealt with for 20+ years along with a few well known local places and nobody wanted a part of it. I think I paid $380 for it...the guy threw in a free fob and like $50 off after I did a review on the forum but obv I never could :/

There is a way around leaving the key in the ignition I just havent had a chance to do it. I have the system installed in mine and I love it. The shop I went to installed it for me with no problems, My family has been dealing with them for the last 16 years so they take care of us. Anyway what you need to do in order to not have a key in the ignition is disconnect the steering lock mechanism. I'm going to be doing this very soon I just havent had the chance. I work 90 hours a week so finding time to do things is few and far inbetween. I have cleaned up the install on mine as well.i'll put some up later If i get the chance.
