Default Temp display?

Has anybody swapped out there standard clock for one with the temp in it? I don't think anybody has so does anybody have a pic of the back of it. Im curious what the real wiring differences is besides adding a few for the temp display. Id like to change it out if possible if I could find one cheap enough. So anybody have any info on it?

I would if I can get the information on the wiring differences and such. I know the temp sensor sit behind the bumper in front of one of the wheels, but so far thats about as much research as I got.

A temperature display.
To display the temperature outside of the car.

The temp sensor is already in place in front of the radiator as every car uses and ambient air sensor. Whether or not the wiring is in place to the clock area is the question. I couldn't find the connector or pin layout doing a quick search thru KGIS. There is actually no mention of that whole dash piece as far as I can see.

Where is it at? Cause I found ambient air sensor on KGIS and it said it was in front of the wheels behind the bumper. I tried looking it up through there and couldn't find anything.

Just looking around on there, I was wrong. The abient sensor is out on the radiator. I found the dash harness and according to it there is only 1 connector that connects to the clock, but on the 2010 there is 2 one says w/advanced airbag and another say with deactivated airbag or something like that.

The airbag reference is to the light signifying whether the passenger side airbags are activated or not.

So I assuming that the display with the temperature in it that it doesn't have a airbag not activated display because on that harness picture it is not display. Only on the clock display with out the temp in it.

No idea. You sure the temp display is even there? I always thought it was on the dash in the odometer box.

i got a 2010 koup sx, all auto, and i have the outside temp indicator in my car... its in the bottom most screen. maybe i have it just cause mines full auto. the picture attatched is exactly like my koup.

So since mine has the ability to have the temp gauge, im guessing all 2010s do, just missing the actual display

Yeah the ones with climate control have it inside, but us that don't have it are up the creek and I really like to know what the temp outside is. The 11 and 12s without climate control got it and id like to swap it over.
