So I really want to put on the sx-r front lip and rear spoiler on my Forte, but obviously you can only purchase them from a canadian dealership then have it shipped, painted and mounted (SUPER expensive

). I found this purchase on ebay and wanted to ask you guys what do you think... does it seem legit??? says it comes paint, in the U.S. and with free shipping as well... seems to good to be true lol

It says "Factory Style" which to me means it's a fake.

yea like i really want to buy it now! lol but I am just curious on the differences, if any, it is from the one from the canadian dealerships. Don't want to spend that kind of money and it be cheap and not fit properly

I doubt it is genuine since it's made in the USA. I have purchased things before from eBay and when it hasn't worked I've sent it back and if the seller doesn't respond you just contact eBay and they take of everything for you to make sure you get your money back.

Saying this, I would purchase it.

It's not a genuine/original part, since it's not manufactured or distributed by the same company that does the acutal R parts. It's just styled after the original (factory style). I couldn't speak on the quality of the two in comparison, since I've seen both side by side, but ShaksForte has actually purchased this one (I have the original). He has had nothing, but good things to say about it, as far as quality and looks. I of course have no complaints about mine either.

Honestly, I would've gone with the cheaper option if it was around when I purchased mine.

Yea man this is the one I've been recommending to people...I have it and just got it installed a few weeks ago and it's fantastic! It's perfectly painted, perfect match to my silver and fit perfectly and looks amazing. I honestly don't see why someone would pay $500+ for the "real" one when this one is basically the same thing. I can't tell the difference, if there is any...buy it this instant! Lol seriously

Lol sorry man but when I saw that price and talked to the seller and then saw someone else on the forum with it, I had to buy it... If u can give me ur email I can email them to u since I'm on my iPhone..

lol yea I wasn't planning on making any big purchases since I just bought my wheels, but I wasn't expecting to find this so cheap lol, Im glad someone else purchased from this seller and was please with the results. yea i will send it to you now

thanks for the pics!! so was the install hard? did you do it yourself or did you take it somewhere? and am I mistaken but did you tint the break light as well?

I had my mechanic install it so I can't help ya there man :/ my tails lights are tinted but it was getting dark and the shadows make the spoiler brake light look tinted but it's not..it would be easy to do so if u wanted to tho
