So if these had been already asked my bad lol I just wanted to ask anyone who may know or have the same setup with pics.
My Forte is lowered on eibach pro-kit and was wondering will XXR 526 (gloss black) 18x9's + 35mm on 225/40/18 fit on the car WITHOUT rolling the fenders?? Also is rolling the fenders hard and what does the car look like then with rolled fenders?? If anyone can help and if possible post pics that would be AMAZING. Thanks everyone!!
These are the wheels I am thinking about putting on (wish they can in 18x8.5 and not 18x9)...

I'm putting on XXR 18X8.5 on this week and I'll have before and after pictures. I'm also adding the Eibach Pro Kit at the same time and use the same tire.
I know the feeling! I went through so many rims before I found one with the proper fitment. Mine will be similar to yours but gunmetal with black studs haha
I love the xxr 521s im actually putting those on my koup, im just trying to find a nice lip and also getting megan racing coils!

not to thread jack but I was thinking of doing either 17x8.5 or 18x8.5 and getting coilovers. For handling I'm assuming it would be better for me to fo with the 17's cause I will be able to lower more correct? Also what offset should i be looking for to put this close to flush?

To maintain the correct speedometer reading you want to maintain the closest overall tire diameter to stock. So the only thing changing from a 17" to an 18" would be your tire sidewall height (aspect ratio).
With a 17" wheel (generally) you are going to have a lighter weight. Less weight means better suspension response and less weight to get moving. Usually tire prices for smaller wheels are less as well.
i didn't even take that into consideration... with the specs i am thinking about doing will that effect the speedo??
If you do the 18X8.5 and put on 225/40/18 from a 16" rim you'll be traveling 65.55 MPH when your speedo shows 65 MPH. If you take it up to 100 MPH on speedo you'll actually be going 100.84 MPH. So that is the proper replacement for the plus two on a 16.
If you do the 18X8.5 and put on 215/40/18 from a 17" rim you'll be traveling 65.41 MPH when your speedo shows 65 MPH. If you take it up to 100 MPH on speedo you'll actually be going 100.62 MPH. So that is the proper replacement for the plus one on a 17.
