I don't want to bring this thread down, and I will search google, but could someone send me a link that explains what coilovers do for me? How is it better than just springs, etc....

Coilovers = all-inclusive setup. You are able to raise/lower vehicle as you wish, perfect for winter driving conditions (raise up) and summer conditions (slam that shit!!).
They also include the strut.
Springs = lower ride a set amount. You usually also want to buy stiffer struts as well so your suspension setup matches.

Ok, got a reply from HSD, there are adjustment knobs on the bottom of the shocks. Remember these are inverted mono tube shocsk so the adjustment is at the bottom. Pretty simple to get at on the rear, probably have to remove the tire for the front. Thanks.

Fully adjustable means both stiffness and height right?

the Ark coilovers are also on the bottom and I can reach the damper without removing the tire so I think you should be able to on these also. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
