When the trans shifts, it unloads the motor, but the fuel is still flowing, so it runs rich for a 10th of a second and pops. The high flow CAT makes this much more noticeable. It sounds sooo mean in the car

Yeah, it popped when I had my HFC in as well. I loved it!

Only time will tell on the 6 A/T, the 6MT we have been using the stock clutch for 15K without issue.

LOL, you'd be surprised. The guy that owns the shop next door has a STI swapped Forester with mods and he couldn't keep up with me from 50 to 120! He also has an EVO X and I pulled 2 to 3rd on him too. The Forte is freakin fast with a Turbo!!!

No, no no, the turbo kit will fit and the tuning will work, but you will want to send the trans off to IPT or LevelTen before trying to put all the power through it.
