Not 100% sure yet. Haven't really looked into it too much to be honest. All I know is that I can get all the internals made for the car and tuning.

Just buy the Kia racing teams n/a motor.

12:1 CR, big cams, redone head and ports, high octane fuel, and complete AEM (or close to it) style fuel controller system. Or just boost it a little and save money with same power.

The likely hood of getting $600 worth or performance from a HEADER (singular, see what I did there) is like 100 to 1. Youll be lucky to get 8hp with an adjusted tune. And more to the mid and top range of your power band.

I'd be guessing cam shaft, new pistons, port and polish, possibly a bore, new fuel rail, new ignition, header, full exhaust, cold air intake, light weight pully.. etc..

Supposedly the launch price for this header is $275 or so. At least that's the word from KFX on StreetKiaz.

pretty much haha. don't know how soon I'll be able to get it all done. I would like to do it all in one shot but I'm not rich like KIA haha. we'll see what I can do. Just want to do something different than bolt up a TK like everyone else is doing. Yea it's more work and stuff and not as much power but it's different. we'll see. next thing is probably going to be those headers though.

I'm stoked for these headers, dyno sheets will be out shortly too from what I'm gathering, and they seem to be a 4-2-1 dump.

Yea it would just be fun to have a bad ass NA and if i decided to boost it in the future the internals would all be stronger already and I would be able to boost much more

Alfonso, will you also be testing their springs, or has someone else already gotten them on? Did I miss a thread on that by chance...?

Depr84 they have a girl from westcoastkdm on the list I told James I knew her and he's just waiting in the actual springs to arrive. Most of the springs from Megan racing are usually 156.99 so it's a good price but I'll know more on the 6 I'll give you more info.

Ok just to clarify its a header not headers and the stock one for our cars was very well designed. It will be for the 2.0 and 2.4 HP gains are roughly 5 to 8 HP when I did the original test you could hear and feel a slight difference. The set I had made and tested were also about 2lbs lighter than the stock so very minimal weight reduction. Idk exactly what Megan decided to use as far as compound the original was stainless steel. On a side note for the boaring out the motor keep in mind our cylinders are lined.
