So im currently lowering the Koup and I got the front done but now Im on the rear....I can't seem to get the stock springs out. I undid the long A** bolt that connects the strut to the suspension but and the DIY on here said that the springs should just come out....anyone got an ideas!??? please let me know! thanks

Or just do it the right way and rent a spring compressor from the auto parts store.

^^^ You need the spring compressor to take the spring out for sure BUT,
even with the springs compressered the rear ones seemed a bit tight to remove if I remember right

I removed both bolts and had the torsion bar lower on to a car lift and then removed the springs with out any problems. If you dont put something under the torsion bar and remove both bolts, it drops a good distance.

you have no need for a spring compressor on the rear, Like KIA said if you have a second set of hands it will be alot easier for ya

Don't "need" them but it'll make it a whole lot easier for one person.

You have to remove the the top bolt from the struts, from both sides.
