Sorry if this is in the wrong section. I'd like to announce our new shipping system!

This is being rolled out after many weeks of planning. It should be a great benefit to all of our customers, because we are not raising prices to incorporate the lower shipping price, like many companies do when switching to flat rate. We'd appreciate any questions or comments!

What is Diode Delivers?

We offer all of our customers, regardless of order size, a simple, easy way to ship. All domestic orders ship for just $5. But Diode Delivery is not just a good price.

Keep Tabs on Your Shipment
We take your order status to the next level. There is no need to keep checking on your shipment, because you will recieve updates from our site when your order is shipped, in transit, and when it is delivered to you. This allows you to easily reply to us if you have any concerns. We will make sure you have the order and it is installed before we consider the order completed.

Surprise Upgrades
We like surprises, and we like getting things fast. So we will randomly select a few orders each week for a free upgrade to overnight shipping.

Excellence in Customer Service
Have a question about your shipment? Just like any other question you might have, just send us an email and our trained lighting and shipping experts will reply, usually within a few minutes.

Superior Experience
We have been doing this for a while, and we are here to stay. We have provided lighting to just about every vehicle there is, and ran into every possible issue when it comes to shipping. So if you have a question, we have the answer.

Standards of Quality and Fulfillment
Whether your order is big or small, it is tested through many run cycles, and each bulb is tested before shipment. Every single bulb. Every time. And if anything does go wrong, you can rely on our renowned warranty for worry-free replacement.

Diode Delivers is not available for international customers quite yet! At checkout, just choose Diode Delivers for your low-cost $5 flat rate shipping. International customers may choose between USPS First Class, USPS Priority International, and USPS EMS Express. If you know you need it fast, you may still alternatively select express services.

Do it! Got my 6000K lows from them. Great products and customer service. Everything just works as advertised. The slim ballasts mount so nicely in tight spaces.

great service from paul when ordering HID's, and $5 shipping makes it even better. If i had to buy another set of HID's in the future or recommend someone the HID's or interior lighting it would be diode dynamics!
