Carnival Kia in Franklin TN gets a big thumbs up from me. Good sales team, no "let me talk to my manager" crap. Service has been great so far as they fixed a few things without hesitating after I had the car for almost two weeks. I would recommend them.

Pearson Kia in Richmond, VA...awesome sales and service department! Got a great deal on my car, they have hosted a car meet (with free food). Oil change and tire rotation is like $35 and alignment is $35 as well....prices can't be beat anywhere else around here.

i bought my sportage there so I would want to know what's up with the service center

i bought my kia koup at fredbeans PA

warranty 200,000 MILES!!!!!

I want to throw in a few good words for Scott Kia in Red Deer, Alberta, they have awesome, wonderful people there and their service/parts department is second to none. I have always been treated with the utmost professional care and respect and have never had a problem with this dealership. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or service their Kia.

Thumbs down to Kia in Norwood, MA. Bought oil filters and a cabin air filter from them. Got home, checked out the cabin air filter and the box was empty!

Went back the next day and told them what happened. They guy in the parts dept. got on the phone to someone for about 5 minutes and then told me I would have to come back in a couple of days and talk to the guy that actually sold me the part. I told him I would, that it was ridiculous for me to make 3 trips for a filter and in the future would be buying my parts off the internet.

As I walked out, I asked who the manager was. One guy said he was the sales manager and how he could help. I told him the story and he went back to the parts department and got me my filter.

It all worked out, but I'm still not happy with how they treated me. Just bought 2 more cabin air filters - from Amazon.

Fred Beans Kia of Limerick is a Limerick Kia dealer and a new car and used car Limerick PA Kia dealership.

when i bought my car there, i didn't know about the warranty
and when i was leaving with the car, my sales rep was like you get 200K miles warranty, im like is there an extra charge? LOL
he's like nope, that's the advantage of buying it from them

We Bought Our Forte SX hatch and Sorento EX V6 from Car Pros Kia of Huntington Beach, CA and they were awesome. Got a great deal on both cars and they took care of us by throwing in a service plan (for 60K miles) and some extra accessories for the cars
