I called and ordered mine yesterday afternoon. They said the prototype testing was done and they would have final production units in the next few weeks ready to ship. I can't wait!
I would certainly think you would get better gas mileage with a cai due to the better volume of air being taken into the engine. As you say it won't be noticeable until after you start driving it "mildly".

you should learn how to drive stick, its very easy.
Oh, sorry for not posting, the only difference is the AT Dipstick, put a socket on it and bend it towards the firewall 1-2"s and everything clears and fits just like the MT
