Here are some pics of the prototype parts... Keep in mind that once they are released for sale they will be polished stainless and look really sweet!!!
CAT Back Exhaust (Minimal Bends and as much straight as possible to increase exhaust flow and HP!):

Here is the look we are going for on the exhaust tips:
Here is the CAT Pipe (High Flow Spun Metallic CAT for increased flow and HP):

Here is the intake from in the Forte engine bay, we maybe adjusting it a bit still, but here is a preliminary pic (Our intake goes way deep into the wheel well to pick up only the coolest charge!):
Here is a reminder of the power !!!
Here is a picture of a finished product we did on another platform. So this is a good representation of the quality of our finished products & looks
That's it for now... Have a great weekend!
Sorry about the huge quote. Turbokits, did the engine only squeeze out an extra 13 hp with a CAI and new exhaust with your kit?
No No, we are building more than just a turbo kit. The 15WHP and 13Ft Lbs of Torque are on a stock motor, no turbo and just the CAI, CAT Pipe and CAT Back exhaust. Which I think you'll find are GREAT gains for a factory non turbo car. We should be seeing, much, much, much more power once our turbo kit is developed and on the car

Do you mean to clean it, or do you want to put a different filter on there?
Oh yeah, access is fairly easy. There isn't a MASS AIR SENSOR on the car so loosening the pipe to gain access to the filter is straight forward. Thanks

The stock injectors flow 300cc @ 3bar. We will most likely be running 440 or 550cc, they will be drop in without the need to splice
No word on the engine management yet, we'll let you know as soon as we lock it down. This is typically the most important, most ime consuming and hardest part about turbocharging any vehicle.
In regards to the DYNO runs, the week long snow storm we had last week has pushed us back. We hope to have the DYNOs of each part done this week.
Thanks

Can u tell us anything about engine management? R u just going to run something third party like AEM or greddy?
I doubt they will use a stand-alone controller like the Nemesis or a reflash of the stock ecu is in the cards yet . That leaves a piggyback , some control only a/f and others like the AEM FIC control both fuel and ignition . Injector size(s) will probably depend on how much boost they want to run and whether or not they are going to offer the kit in more than one stage .
