Will 245/45/18 tires fit our cars? I found some nice wheels and winter tires on craigslist that I'm thinking about buying but the overall diameter ends up being about 26.7" and stock is 25". Would it look goofy or even fit? These are the wheels.

As long as the wheels themselves fit the car, yes the tires fit as well. I'm actually running that size.

How do you like it? Have you lowered your car because that's what I'm planning on doing when I get new wheels?

edit: I just looked at your threads and you said you were running 225/45/18, these are 245/45/18.

The actual wheel size and tire size I think will fit but obviously you need to check things like bolt pattern, hub bore, and offset. Go to a website like tirerack.com or something similar and plug the numbers in, it should tell you if it will fit or not.

As far as using these and then lowering your ride, definitely not gonna fit.
