FS: 17" RUFF RACING Aftermarket wheels (Northeast Ohio)
Up for sale are my 17" RUFF RACING R395 Wheels and NEXEN n3000 215/45/zr17 tires. Wheels are Hyper Black w/ machined lip. They hyper black spokes are about as dark as my Titanium paint. They are not chrome looking at all. Wheel/tire package was bought from Wheelfire.com on 5/2/2011 and mounted a few weeks later. I am only selling due to my desire to have 18's on my car next spring and Eibach springs.
2 of the wheels are in perfect shape. Two wheels (wheels # 1 & 2) have a few small nicks. Wheel #1 (picture with red highlighted circles) nicks were caused by a large rock in the road that I couldn't avoid. The nicks (pictured in Wheel #1) are made worse due to the autoflash being on. Wheel #2 I don't know the source of the nicks. I didn't highlight them as they are seen in the picture left of the index card. I was standing about a foot or so away from the vehicle for the closer pictures of the wheels. The nicks themselves are not big, and can only be seen less than about 1 1/2 ft from the car. The tire on wheel #1 also has a nick but was deemed okay by a Conrads tire manager who I had look at it back in July. Tires are in great shape. They were rotated 2 times this summer to ensure proper tread wear. I never had a problem with hydroplaning or grip. They were no louder or quieter than any other low profile that I previously had on other vehicles. Was very happy overall with the setup.
The wheels are currently on the car and will be taken off in a few days when my winter rubber arrives. Overall the wheels I really like. They are unique and look pretty good while they spin. I've had many compliments on them. I bought the wheel/tire package for $971.00 and would only like $650.00 due to the nicks and normal depreciation. That's about as low as I am willing to go at this point. I do not plan on removing wheels and only selling tires or wheels. They have to go as a package. I prefer someone closer to me so I do not have to ship these. I also would be willing to drive to meet depending on distance but will discuss this with any serious buyers. I also bought the Wheelfire.com Road Hazard program for the wheels and would also discuss this with any potential buyer.
