A lot of money, maybe upgrade transmission, good tune (I think that is the most crucial part)... and bunch of other things.

As for the second part - to make it work perfectly - it is not gonna happen. It will work, but will not be perfect in any sense. Sure, will get power, but turbo cars have their own issues.
Rent turbo charged car for a week and see how it drives. You will know.

^^^ LOL That's the truth.

If you want a turbo Forte, sell your 2013 and buy a 2014-up turbo Forte. That's the cheaper and easier way to go. And will run the best.
sube and PLP like this.

2011 Kia Forte5 SX hatchback (daily driver)
2011 Hyundai Tucson (wife's car)
2012 Hyundai Veloster (1st daughters car)
2006 Kia Spectra SX sedan (2nd daughters car)
Previous cars: 2004 Hyundai Tiburon GTV6 - 2006 Hyundai Tucson V6 - 2006 Kia Sedona EX - 2008 Kia Rondo EX - 2006 Spectra5 SX hatchback

One more thing I forgot to add.
It may not seem relevant now, but think about RESALE.
This heavy modding will drastically limit number of potential buyers.

So yeah... I would rather sell it and get OEM turboed car.
You can tune, do some reversible mods, but going this far means you are stuck.
