2018 Forte LX Headlight Adjustment

Still can not find any info on adjusting headlights 0n 2018 Forte LX. Online manual calls for using long screw driver from the top. My light housing looks nothing like their diagram. Car's driver manual refers you to the dealer for that adjustment. Factory halogen bulbs, projector headlights.
