what kind of mileage do you get with 7” wide tires? Stockare high 8” in width.
I’m running 225 tires, stock is 195. MPG did take a hit. I’m averaging around 34 - more like 30 around town (it’s hilly and speed limits are high where I am) and around 35-38 on the highway depending on how fast I’m going. It would be better if I wasn’t running a performance tire.

I'm kinda new to the performance upgrade side of thing, looking to purchase a few parts for my upcoming arrival for my 23 Forte GT.
From what I've seen the best place for me to start would be chip tuning, any know what the best bang for my buck would be on a tuner?

Your best course of action at this point would be to read this whole thread and take notes (seriously). Then list the mods you would like to do and order them in importance to YOU. I would also check out @ForteGT2 , @Hamster-GT , @Arith build threads for ideas and what those guys have already tried to see what has worked for them and what has not.

This. I would not start with a tune. In fact I’d do everything else I wanted to first first and then do that last if I were to do that

Some would not agree with you ... I agree for one reason... the “chip” or “tune” is your biggest bang for the buck.. if you do that first then everything will be boring and somewhat disappointing because you won’t experience the buildup to the finale.... like if a porno had the money shot right at the beginning..... wtf?

Yep. That’s why I’d do the small buildup to slowly improve things. The shotgun approach to upgrades isn’t anywhere near as fun

Finally got my Evilla Cat Back installed on Wednesday by a local shop as I just didn't have the means or energy (or desire lol) on this heat to do it :)

Magnaflow Midpipe Resonator, Sport Series Muffler, and Burnt Stainless Tips:

Automotive parking light Vehicle Car Automotive tail & brake light Automotive lighting

Automotive parking light Tire Vehicle Wheel Car

Some slight adjustments to Tips yey, but I'm gonna wait a week or so of driving to let everything settle and re-torque everything as well.

Those farts!!!

Did some of the required reading this helped out a lot. I think I'll stay away from the tune for now and look into a few other things. I'm not sure I'm quite up to doing an exhaust system by myself yet but may mess around with some other stuff for now.

Local shop charged me $137.50 to install my Cat Back I posted pics of above. Was well worth it to me with the weather here and my bad hips & back.
