Just recently Eibach just a released springs specifically for the Forte GT when most were/are running the ES springs. I have the Forte GT ones still in the box when going to my new tire set up. There had to be some reason they needed to do so instead of just adding Forte GT to the same part number. I'm not going to say your wrong and its cool they fit. Me personally feel when it comes to suspension add-ons and some other things, I like to know it's been R&D/test fitted from companies to fit Forte GT. It's not hard for companies to get ahold of someone or reach for test vehicle nowadays.
I agree, particularly with springs. For me, if the oem part numbers between the two are the same, the R&D is already done. The aftermarket part that replaces a confirmed OEM matching part numbers like a toe arm for example, that's good enough for me, but from reputable aftermarket parts. It's something I've learn many years with Honda, Nissan and Toyotas. It's fun looking for parts from higher trims and models that fit. If there is an OEM "upgrade", I'm more likely to add it on. Happy modding and keep winning those races.

@ForteGT2 Hey brother, if you still have the OEM rear muffler laying around, can you let me know the overall length from gasket to exhaust tip? Likewise, the length of the pipe from muffler to exhaust tip

Thank you in advance!
Took a shot at this:

Muffler assy upside down. From top of exhaust tip to centerline of pipe opening 44 1/4"

Plumbing fixture Gas Composite material Chair Metal

From center of exhaust pipe to top of exhaust tip 20 1/4"

Fixture Gas Composite material Nickel Rectangle

Ans if you ask...43" between centerlines of exhaust tips.
