Since I see several topics looking for things for our GTs and non GTs. Ive decided to make a one stop topic for links and discussions for Mods and Performance Upgrades.

  • Are there videos of it on a Gamma engine on their site or YouTube? Would love to hear it.
Go to the product on the website and scroll down.

UPDATE: So the BOV piston got stuck in the open position spewing boost lol. Sending it back for a replacement.
Ive been using this company for years. I ordered my fog lights from them aswell.

Bummer about the BOV! Would love to see a pic of the fogs once they're in! Thanks for sharing the link.
The 2020 GT isn't on Sylvannia's site yet so I can't be 100% certain  What kind of bulbs are you going with? Let me know how the skid plate removal goes. Where do you work at?!
The bulbs are listed in the owner's manual. I just recently swapped yellow led bulbs 9006.

Its definitely loud. I like it.
How did the engine react to the bov? Did it improve drivability? Speed up boost recovery? I'm piecing together a diverter valve to work with the stock piping/mounting flange.

would you guys recommend the air intake from sxth element?

If not closed and exposed to under the hood hot air, then no not recommended.
Sounds awesome! I can really hear the factory BOV now too. So satisfying ? Very pleased with it as my first mod.
Will you post a video of how it sounds?

Did you install them without resistors? I bought some LED 9006 and they threw a code on the dash.
Friday on my day off I will install them. If you do some research on some of these led companies you will find the ones that are trash that will throw codes and those that have internals that will not throw codes. Most ppl see Amazon cheap ones and dont do research about them.
Looks good BM! I really like the open top one. Just installed the sealed one this morning: View attachment 79813

Edit: Just saw that you said it doesn't make contact. That's a bummer!
wait but on the website it says its not CARB exempt,so does that mean that if im in cali it is illegal to have this on?
Just one panel to remove off the bottom to access them? I am taking delivery on my GT next week and plan on doing this immediately. Were they held on with screws or push pins?

Just remove the four front screws and the front push ins.

Has anyone installed the above referenced Injen intake on their 2020 Forte GT yet? A little hesitant to buy without hearing that it is a 100% fit. I understand it's the same engine, but want to ensure fitment is right in other places as well in the engine bay.
I actually bought the injen for my 2019. The fitment couldn't be anymore perfect but I feel like I am lacking in power. The car is hesitant around 3/4k rpms and begins to "studder" when lightly on the gas. Trying to figure out what can be the issue.
Soooo i wanted to buy the takeda CAI but it was not CARB exempt and i live in cali so i looked up a carb exempt cai for the veloster and found this not sure if it will good quality. Debating whether i should buy or not.
