Post you pics and wheel and tire specs here for the 2019+ Forte Sedans and Hatchbacks. It would be nice if we could get everyone to post the setup they have with specs and pics so others can see what they look like and how they fit? Most forums have this so all the info is in one place.

Stock wheel and tire specs
Center bore for all 2019+ Forte is 67.1mm
15x6.0 46mm offset 195/65r15
16x6.5 50mm offset 205/55r16
17x7.0 53mm offset 225/45r17
18x7.5 55mm offset 225/40r18

Not all sizes will fit all 2019+ Forte since the brakes are larger on the GT models and models with the electric e-brake (11.2 inch rear vs 10.3)

How are you liking the Sumitomo? I had them on the Maverick and was happy with them as an all season tire. They seem to be one of the best reasonably priced tires right now.
Motegi Racing MR147 18x8.5 +42 20lbs.
Yokohama Advan Apex V601 OEM size 23.8lbs.

Lowered on ST Suspension XA coilovers from a PD chassis Hyundai I30/Elantra GT N Line.
Any rub or clearance issues with this setup? I always like that color wheel too, gunmetal?

Looks great. What tire size and wheel offset did you go with?
Offset on those is +45. Tires are 225/40R18.

Thinking about it, could have possibly gone wider on the wheels buI kept it per oem spec.
Pilot Sport 4S is the benchmark for summer tires. I am highly considering going with 235/40r18 when the time comes. Is yours lowered?

Finally mounted the Sport Edition A15-2 wheels and Continental DWS 06 plus tires. The rims are 17x8 48mm offset and the tires are 235/45ZR17. There is about a 1/2 inch clearance to front strut and 3/8 inch clearance to rear shock.

I have a couple tanks of gas on the Continental DWS06 plus 235/45/17 so I feel I can give my opinion. For daily street use I don't think very many people would find the limits of this tire. On a track I am sure the Michelin PS4 or PS4S would edge it out but for the 7/10ths the majority does on the street that will never be an issue. Straight line traction seems a little easier to manage with the throttle vs the PS4. The PS4 does do a slightly better job of taking the sharp edge off bumps, almost like it magically rounds them off. The biggest difference I have noticed is the DWS06 has much more road feel, you get feedback on every road imperfection that you don't with the PS4. So that is good and bad. If you want to be isolated the PS4 does a slightly better job, If you like to know exactly what the tire is doing at the contact patch the DWS06 does this better. I do get a slight bit more torque steer in some situations, not sure if this is just from a wider width or the tire design itself. I am not going to lie, if I was rich I would have bought the Michelin PS4S but for 4 tires they are $1020 vs $690 for the Continental DWS06 plus

What would be the maximum tire width/wheel width we can run? I'm considering getting some 18x8.5's on 245's square. How much rubbing would I have to contend with if I wanted to go on lowering springs/coils?
Kia Forte 18" Diameter 8.5" Width 235mm Tire Height | Fitment Industries
You can browse this site to get a pretty good idea. 35et will most likely rub, 40et possiblyrub , 45et least likely rub
not sure anyone has done a 245 on 8.5 yet. 235 is probably a better choice for no rubbing.

Are you looking at 245/40/18 or 245/35/18?
Anyone know how much the stock 16 inch wheels weigh on the 22 LXS??
I can tell you the combined tire and wheel weight tomorrow. Mine are sitting in the garage.
If I remember correctly ~ 21 lbs
Exactly - I weighed the stock 23 LXS mounted wheel and tire at 39lbs, the Kumho is 18lbs which means the rim is 21lbs
