[GT Manual]

I was browsing new GT Manuals online and found a blue one with black rims. It said KIA in the center and had a red circle around it. This was a few days ago. Unfortunately, I think it sold so I can't include a pic now. I've google imaged it and can't find another example anywhere.

Does anyone know if this is an available option? Did the dealer add it? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Don't see any optional-black wheels on Kia.com or any Kia dealer sites.

It's not unusual for Dealers to provide options - maybe they had a buyer who wanted them black - who later decided not to buy the car?

Are you sure it wasn't a 2021 GT-Line used in the ad with the dark wheels?

I'm sure it was a '22 as the kia emblem was the new style. It also had a red circle around it. The rim spokes/pattern were identical iirc, just black.

I don't want to dip mine. This is definitely a factory rim. Pic is from a '22 gt at the dealer. I hope to find out how I can get this option. I guess I should call the dealer and ask. Either way, if anyone knows about this, please let me know.

I see where you got the picture. Call them and find out if it's a factory option.

Found this vehicle on their website...interesting that the details list "Machine finished" for the wheels...not all black:

Looks like it's "lightly used" -- check the wear/damage on the shift knob; that's not brand new.

Previous owner probably dipped the wheels.

Plus, it has Michelin tires. Don't all new Kias come with Kuhmos?

(Just saw on another thread that manuals come with summer performance tires! Had no idea.)

The GT Manuals come with come with Michelin PS4 tires, they are a summer performance tire, black wheels are NOT a factory option for the Forte GT, if any dealer tells you otherwise they are lying. I work at a Kia dealer lol

Some dealers will send them to be powder coated. Thats what they did with my factory 2020 gt wheels ... It's what sold me when I saw it in the showroom floor.

I work at a Kia dealership. Black wheels are not an option for this but we do have wheels painted or powder coated all the time. Black wheels get people all excited and basically make you want to buy.
Also the manuals come with Michellin ps4 summer tires, the autos come with all season kuhmos usually.
Buy it! You will love it! Now I’m considering having my stock wheels powder coated black haha
