Another Headlight LED thread

I was in Autozone tonight and saw that they had the side emitting LEDs that some use for the headlights. They were $19.99 for 29" odd size I know, but they had test buttons and when I tried some of them out I wasn't impressed. Anyway, anyone know if the the ones from eBay the A5's are any brighter than these... I think the brand of the autozone ones was LED LItes or something like that.

I have the A5 ones off of ebay and I like them, theyre plenty bright for my tastes

The ones from autozone get brighter when you wire them to the car I was kinda iffy about them when I first got them but when I put them in I was surprised can almost drive with my headlights off

Nice! I'll give em a try and see how they look... I wondered if they might be brighter when you got them on a 12V power source. I'll post pics soon.

autozone led strips can almost be used as headlights? can you take a picture of how bright they are. possibly a day and night picture?
