After experiencing some intermittent starting issues I read all I could find on battery issues. Info was quite helpful and lead me to the discovery of a very corroded positive terminal underneath the distribution block. The corrosion was only slightly visible from the top view. I had to completely disassemble the block and thoroughly clean it with a baking soda solution along with a dental scraper (never to be used again) to remove the calcified buildup.

Found an H5 AGM at Advanced Auto Parts for $199, after online discounts cost was $174, still too high but had to do it. Replaced the battery, reassembled the distribution block, coated the top and bottom of terminal connection with anti-corrosion grease, tightened all connections, and coated all nuts with grease. Hardest part of the job was re-installing the hold down bolt, tight squeeze. Following replacement all that was needed was to reset the clock. Check your POS+ terminal.
