i turn my bluetooth volume off so i dont have to hear it. but i still know when some1 is callin cuz my music turns off ^_^

you can lower the "bitch" lol by lowering the volume WHILE using the bluetooth. regular radio stays the same. seems there are two different sets of volume. Bluetooth and reg radio. at least on my car

Yea you can change the volumes independantly from each other... when using the bluetooth use the volume knob on the radio. After you're done using the bluetooth you can change your radio/cd/mp3 etc... volume while the bluetooth still remains silent.

Same here, mine will download the phone book right after a call, it wont let me call out, but i can still answer calls coming in. Is there any advance options to the bluetooth controls or is just whats available in the setup?

I think the constant downloading has more to do with how the phone itself works with the forte, mine downloads every time I get start the car, and thats it

I changed the settings on my phone so it only sends a few numbers via bluetooth. It's still annoying but it's fast. I only have the numbers on there that I actually call.
It bugs me that I'll be sitting in the car on a call that I began before I turned on the car and the bluetooth will actually hijack the call. One moment I'm on my iPhone, the next it's coming through the speakers. At that point I'm still sitting in the driveway and haven't done anything but start the car up so I can listen to music while I'm on the phone. Annoying. Not the end of the world but annoying.
Por2gal I don't have any sisters, I'd much prefer a sexy male voice. Were you at Ray Friel yesterday? I spotted a burnt orange Koup there yesterday - or my son did actually - I was too busy avoiding the normal crowd of pedestrians who don't look before stepping out into traffic.

After it hijacks your car, hold the "answer" button for a few seconds and it will transfer it back to your phone.
