Bluetooth Problems

Hello,
I just got a 2010 Kia Koup SX in that beautiful blue... I am loving it except for this problem with the bluetooth. Whenever I make or recieve calls while inside the car, while driving or not, with all the windows up and the radio off. EVERYBODY says that I sound like I am across the room. I know where the microphone is positioned and I've been told that it is because it is more behind me than in front of me. I am 5ft 3in, so people say that its because i'm not tall enough to have the microphone while in a comfortable driving position. For people to hear me, I have to talk up and to the left, which takes away all the practicability of having this feature built in to begin with. I've been to the dealership and re-synced it themselves. Maybe if I resync it with my voice it will work better. Can someone tell me real quick how to re calibrate it to my voice. Like on phones does this have technology to adapt to my voice? If so, knowing how to do that would help. Any help with this solution, or other people that have re adapted the voice recognition in the car would be appreciated. Thank you!

I have found if I speak too loudly it makes it sound really bad.
