:eek:Hey all,
I am wondering which would be the better performance buy overall, the CAI from turbokits.com, or the short ram intake from RRM?? Also, if anyone has an opinion as to what might be the best current CAI, I'd love to hear it! Thanks!

best current cai is the turbokits.com one. bigger diameter and more power from it. ive heard videos of the KFX cai and IMO, its not as good sounding. but thats just my 2 cents

either one won't add enought power for it to matter. so it's really up to you.

cai is better for the engine. but short ram is short, easier, and cheaper.

you will probably loose performance using a short ram (especially if you don't have some type of heat shield)... It will sound nice when you press down on the throttle, but like someone said before, you will suck in the hot air inside the engine compartment. The CAI is probably the best option right now, it has been "proven" to add around 10HP..
