I just ditched my old pavement pig for a new 2011 Titanium Silver Koup SX with R package installed. It should be ready for pickup in a week or two from Eastside. Can't wait to take it for a spin....

I have lived in okotoks most of my life until I got married this summer and moved into Calgary. So for now all I do is bust my parents and my In-Laws out there. I graduated from the comp. In '08. What year did you graduate?
I have a sister who lives in whitehorse. She works at one of the tattoo and piercing parlours.

I was in the last class to graduate from the "old" (pre-Composite) HS back in '82.
I can't believe how massive Okotoks has gotten over the years. My family moved to Turner Valley in the '70s, when there was literally nothing south of the Sheep River, and now it looks like there's a good 5 or 6 thousand people down there now, not to mention the hotel, car dealerships, and shopping centers.
If your sister works at a tattoo studio in Whitehorse, there's only one here so it's easy to narrow it down. If you ever make it up for a visit, let me know!
I'm a new Calgary area owner as well. Picked up my 2011 SX Koup the first week of November. Loved it before the snow, not quite as much fun with the snow tires on and -30 degree weather.
Oh, and I think I parked next to yochino last Wednesday night at the King's Head pub on Macleoud trail. If it wasn't him it was another silver EX with tinted windows.
Look forward to meeting a few fellow Koup owners.

I'm in New Brighton and there's a Red SX parked on New Brighton drive all the time. Doesn't look lowered, so that might not be you.
I'm seeing a few more Koups pop up around town, it's good to see

So now that we have established a presence in the Calgary area, we should do a small meet one of these days. I know weather is pretty up and down right now but it does seem to be getting better overall.
Tentatively, what would you all say to meeting at chinook or southcenter mall sometime around the end of April? I just figure big parking lots and easy to get to for most anyone.
Btw, I recently moved into fairview so if you see a tinted orange koup around there it's probably me!

Hey.... Im from Calgary originally, it has been a few years since I have been home. If you haven't been to Speedtech racing development on 32 ave NE go check them out!! Contemporary motorsports use to be on 32nd too not sure if there around and Impressions auto dezign. RPM Racing did amazing work but im almost sure there not around any more.... too bad! I know Speedtech is there for sure they got everything any "tuner" wants!

Thanks, Serrie. I'll have to check that out. Maybe if enough guys are interested I could talk to one of the tuner shops and we could do a meet there. We shall see...
Speedtech closed about 6 months ago. The next best shop would probably be Autodream

That was me! We crossed paths in Claresholm one day. I have seen you around a couple times since then too! By the way, I saw you on deerfoot south out of the city yesterday, and that charger spoiler looks slick! I really like it man!
I kinda feel like I'm beating a dead horse here, but I think it would be awesome to do a little meet sometime this spring. I would like to get to know some of the other owners around the city!
