I imagine your best bet would be to replace your 2011 Forte's radio with one made for a Europe-bound Forte/Cerato.

 

Your local junk/salvage yards & or Facebook marketplace for a 1st gen tech oem stereo.

Aftermarket stereo 6.9in double din will fit oem hole. Keep the oem stereo brackets to use on aftermarket stereo. Kenwood, Sony, Pioneer for quality built aftermarket stereos

Best buy.com, Crutchfield.com for parts to complete installation

 

Whenever you're gonna fix, repair, install, uninstall, diy, mod, upgrade or went looking for trouble & found it, even if it's simple diy maintenance (spark plugs, fluids, wheels, sensors) post pics. It will help out the Forteforums community.

I have one of 1st gen tech oem stereo. I thought I could install it mine. Turns out I need some missing wires/plugs to complete full use & functionality of tech stereo in a non tech 1st gen Forte.

Mine came with the plain stereo. So I went & installed an aftermarket. Kenwood. No problems at all.
