So I had this idea to see if the Genesis seats would fit in the Koup. From what I remember sitting in the Genesis the seats were comfortable but looked sportier. I was looking for a seat that would sit lower and thought the connections for the heated seats (& airbags if they have them) would be the same.

Other than taking my seats out a couple of times I know nothing about actually swapping seats. Is there standard sizes for the bolt patterns? or just adapters for different makes?

To my knowledge it is platform related. I mean it bolt to the frame so it must be related to witch platform the car is built on!! Gen coupe and Koup are deffenately not built on the same line!
I thing that at the best you should be able to fit your Koup bracket to the Gen coupe seat but you'll endup seating at about the same height! Airbag connector could be the same.....
