I just checked my tire pressure today (I try to check them once a week, but always check monthly) and they were low to 29PSI.
I put my winters on in early November when the temps were in the low-mid 10s Celsius. Pressure was set to 35PSI. I like to run my winters a bit harder when it's still pretty warm out. We all know in the last week or so the temps took a nice dive to the single digits below 0. This is enough to give you a nice swing in tire pressure and in turn MPG.
I went from ~450km a tank to ~400km (pure city driving). My other car was also down a good 5-6PSI per tire.
